Cancellation Policy
Please contact hannah@flashphotocreative.com to cancel or reschedule. Booking retainers are non-refundable and have no cash value once they are paid. At the sole discretion of the photographer, booking retainers may be transferred up to one time should the need to reschedule your appointment arise, and only if at least 24 hours notice is given. If a session is cancelled a second time the booking retainer is retained as payment for lost business and client will need to pay in full for any future bookings. No shows will pay in full to reschedule.
